REMINDER: Medicare FFS advance payment Terms and Conditions

The HHS advance that was deposited to the business checking accounts of Medicare FFS providers around mid-April, is money that doesn’t have to be repaid, but is considered income for services, according to the Terms and Conditions.

This is a reminder that you need to agree to the T&C’s or return the funds within 30 days.
